Conceptualized, created and led an innovative campus-wide initiative, based on a program at Bowling Green State University, to reach out to and involve male students into a transformative mentoring community called Vanguard OHIO.
Designed and facilitated 90-minute monthly thematic workshop-style personal development sessions to inspire and guide male students to self-author healthy and dynamic masculine identities and create powerful visions for their lives.
Grew student participation to 40 members in 1 month and more than 80 members in 8 months utilizing an initial strategic plan consisting of mostly collaborative relational-based marketing and personal outreach.

Created the curriculum for Foundations, a first-year student leadership development program offered by the CLDC.
Developed a marketing and outreach plan, including branding language and content for: the website, electronic marketing materials and printed information; and established a timeline for the various outreach strategies.
