As an appreciative, strengths-based educator and positive psychology practitioner, I strive to use my strengths to deeply understand others’ life experiences, values, skills and interests and aid them in creating the life they wish to live, the eyes they wish to view the world through and the unique impact they hope to achieve. At the heart of this, I am a life-long learner, listener, question-asker, motivator and empowerer who thrives helping others become self-aware, imaginative and efficacious leaders with conscience in an interdependent world.
This personal mission is grounded in the belief that we are all capable of being effective leaders of our own lives and are equipped to creatively answer our most pressing questions and creatively respond to our most challenging circumstances.
I live out this mission through professional activities including:
Personal & Executive Coaching for Individuals
Facilitating Training & Team Development Experiences for Organizations
Creating Innovative & Interactive Personal & Professional Development Programs for Students
Each of these activities are informed and enriched by evidence based: Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, well-being models, strengths frameworks, coaching competencies, emotional intelligence enhancement strategies, career development approaches, human development theories, motivational interviewing techniques, goal-setting and habit-building practices, neuroscience research, self-assessments and reflective exercises.
